ATS-NPC01 FIRE SAFETY HELMET:
This fire safety helmet is red and features an adjustable brim knob at the back for sizing. It’s used as a uniform for community security personnel, factory workers, and laborers, as well as for motorcycle riding and general safety work.
Fire Safety Helmet Construction: The helmet shell is made of ABS composite plastic. The front features a clear polycarbonate (PC) protective visor. Inside, there’s a polystyrene foam lining and a polyester fiber lining. The strap and buckle are made of synthetic fibers and acetic plastic.
HIGHLIGHTS:
- The helmet shell is made from high-quality, imported ABS plastic, free from harmful chemical additives that could affect consumer health during and over the long term. The helmet shell offers excellent puncture and impact resistance.
- The fire helmet body measures 296x237x183 mm, with a thickness of ≥ 0.4 mm, and is impact resistant.
- The top of the helmet has a square spine-like shell running from front to back.
- The sides of the helmet have protruding structures to protect the ears.
- The protective visor is 2 mm thick, helping to block dust, wind, and heat during firefighting.
- The protective foam layer is ≥ 20 mm thick to reduce impact force.
- The lining is 2 mm thick.
- The chin strap and buckle have high load-bearing capacity, helping to secure the helmet to the head during movement, and have an adjustable head size device to increase or decrease head circumference during use.
- The chin strap is durable, adjustable to fit the wearer’s head, and resistant to breakage from pulling force.
- The product is manufactured in accordance with Circular No. 48 BCA/2015, and has been inspected by QUATEST 3 (Technical Center for Standards, Metrology and Quality 3), with a 100% compliance rate.

To best use the ATS-NPC01 safety helmet, please follow these instructions:
- Remove the helmet.
- Adjust the chin strap to fit your face.
- Pull the helmet on your head.
- Pull down the visor to cover your face.
- Fasten the strap.
